********************The weather has gotten cooler out here in the Northeast, which has been a rather nice change from the nasty early summer heat and humidity we had for awhile there. When it gets that bad in late May/early June then you know you're in for one heck of a long, hot, miserable summer! Which means we need to enjoy the nice weather while we can.
One of the things I enjoy the most about this cooler weather is that it makes it so much easier to sleep however it also makes it that much harder to get out of bed in the morning! While I was contemplating to get up or not get up this morning I got to wondering how much sleep most people need before they feel rested and that brings us to this week's question ...
How much sleep do you get and do you feel like that's enough?
As for me - sometimes I feel like I never get enough as I am definitely NOT a morning person!
