We had Chinese take-out for lunch at work on Saturday and this is my fortune cookie from that meal (I was playing around with the macro zoom on my camera!). Unlike some of the fortunes that you get in a cookie,
this is the kind of fortune that I like to get as it lends itself to all sorts of possibilities and wonderings.
What sort of chance will I take? Will that chance pan out or fail miserably? And should I try playing those lucky numbers? The possibilities are endless!
It would be worth a try, Linda.
ReplyDeleteLinda - Step AWAY from the numbers. Here's my interpretation. You will wait 3 days. A 37, almost 38 year old hunky guy who has been divorced exactly 7 years will ask for your phone number. Forty-five is the age of his ex-wife and 40 is the age you will tell him you are.
ReplyDeleteSee? Wasn't that simple?
And they pay me to blog.
You just got to try those lucky numbers!
ReplyDeleteI dunno...I watch LOST.
ReplyDeletesets of numbers scare me....
smile
Maybe Mimi is right. You know they been talking about us Cougar women alot lately. Old broads with young studs... Both in their sexual Prime... Yee Haw!!!!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteI was going to try a funny response, but I cannot compete with Mimi. What she said...
ReplyDeleteLOL @ Katherine!!! I was thinking the same thing. :)
ReplyDeleteSo...did anything spectacular happen???
Mimi is right because only one of those numbers is on my winning lottery ticket.
ReplyDeleteI am announcing my big "chance" as we speak over at my blog. Here's to hoping that your chance will happen! :)
ReplyDeleteDon't you love how open-ended fortunes are? I get a big kick out of reading my horoscope - at the end of the day!
ReplyDelete~~~Blessings~~~
I don't like the numbers (we have a set of specific ones we look for in fortunes) but I do like the fortune itself. ;-)
ReplyDeleteTakin' a chance on love, perhaps?
Play 'em. If they don't hit, you're out $1. If they do hit, then it's CAKE for everybody!
