Waving at You While I'm Working (Again)

more waves

Remember how awhile back I said that my schedule was changing at work and that I would be working less hours?

Yeah, well, scratch that ... my schedule changed yet again at work and I am now working even more hours (56 a week to be exact; at this rate I'm going to need to start taking Phentermine to give me a little bit of an energy boost!).

You folks enjoy the waves while I head back into work just 8 hours after I left work last night. This is truly becoming a vicious cycle!

  1. Oh Sweet Girl, When it rains it pours... You wanted more money but Geez... no relief in sight..
Hope it goes by fast for you.

Pretty waves. Is this extra work a good thing?

  3. oh how blue the water is. Extra money always comes in handy.

  4. I just had to come by and look at this picture again... I want to be there sitting, staring, enjoying, feeling no stress... take me there now....

  5. Purdy photo and effects! I hope you're paid hourly and not salary!

  6. You're working 56 hours? Is that legal?

  7. The waves are beautiful. Working that hard means you will need another vaction soon.

  8. Did you "blue up" those waves? The color is gorgeous.

Hang in there on the work schedule!

  9. do you get OT?

a little extra cash for the holidays...???

  10. For some reason a 40 hour work week used to seem much, much longer that it does now. And I'm not trying to rub it in or anything, I'm being totally serious.

I think it's the stress level and pressure that you get from there. They'd have to pay me twice the amount, or promise me quality time with my favorite Jennifer Ansiton look-a-like scheduler in order for me to go back there...LOL, I won't mention her name, but I'm sure you know who I'm referring to. ;-)

  11. well, the paycheck will look least that's what I say to myself as I head out for my 50+ hour weeks.

Are you on your feet the whole time too? cuz then we could REALLY commiserate and you'd take the cake! (I stick to 4 12's-ish...comes out to just about 50/week) :-)

and how's that SECOND job coming along my work-a-holic-nap-on-the-run-friend.

So are you still going to be able to work at the casino? There is such a thing as too much work as we both know!
