Not the best picture I'm afraid but this was taken yesterday when I decided that driving to Franconia Notch in New Hampshire would be a good idea. That was after we went to the Adams Homestead in Quincy, Massachusetts! I think it ended up being a 500 mile day, I will tell you more about it later!
You're getting around a bit Linda! :)
ReplyDeleteI see you braved the I-93 traffic. We gave up at about Concord, NH. We were heading up to Lake Winnepesaukee. It was bumper-to-bumper...OY!
ReplyDelete500 mile day! That would only work for me if I could drive with my eyes shut, fast asleep.
ReplyDeleteWith so much driving, how did you have time to see anything and relax?
ReplyDeleteWe've been known to do 700-800 miles in one day in the moho! Not entirely fun, however...
ReplyDeleteDick and I will be up in NH in a few weeks enjoying some cooler weather!
Pop by my place tomorrow Linda, there will be a little something for you. :)
ReplyDeleteYou are becoming quite the traveler. Wow, 500 miles is a bunch for one day.
ReplyDeleteHave a terrific Sunday Linda. Big hug. :)
That certainly is quite the drive!
ReplyDeleteSo where do us 'native' New Englandas go in the summer? We seem to be over-run with touras (tourists) everywhere we used to go. I miss the New England of 30 years ago.....so!
ReplyDeleteNever heard of it so I'm anxious to see and learn more! Quite a nice tease...
ReplyDelete~~~Blessings~~~
Duchess Linda,
ReplyDeleteYou have been one busy woman. Yikes, 500 miles in one day. I could not do it. No way.
Happy Monday. Sorry I've been a stranger. Must catch up with you.
