Home Again, Home Again

Six days, five nights, 1,335 miles, and 1,405 pictures later I'm home from my adventures in New Hampshire and Maine with only one contusion on my right knee and a lot of nice memories.

For today, though, it's off to work for 16 hours and - truth be told - I'm kind of looking forward to it!  One of these days I'm going to learn how to take a vacation where I actually relax!

Back soon - hopefully with at least a few pictures to show off!

  1. Anonymous6:43 AM EDT

hasn't been a vacation IN YEARS where I rested, so I know EXACTLY how you feel. Welcome home and looking forward to the pictures!

  2. You got a contusion? Did you call 911?

    February will be totally relaxing!

Welcome home! Now hurry up and edit all those photos! :]

  3. Welcome home. I'm looking forward to your pics. :)

Welcome home! Enjoy your vacation from your vacation. I found a spooky cemetery for ya. Posted a really quick snapshot.

Put the feet up and enjoy... much as one can at work...

  5. traveling is hard, the trip we are on did me in.

  6. We just got home from 11 nights and 12 days of travel. We have about the same amount of pictures too. I can so relate about the relaxing part.

Have a terrific 16 hours shift. Big hug. :)

  7. what? a post with no photos? is someone in there that is not linda? ha ha

    smiles, bee

  8. Get rested...we need photos:)

    Welcome home. Big hugs...

  9. Hope you have luck with the uploading. Blogger has been crazed, I can't upload any pictures.

  10. Welcome home. I've been very busy uploading pictures and videos of our Bay Cruise.

Poor computer stays awake all night long uploading to youtube. If I attempt to load during the day, it takes all the juice from the DSL line.

  11. Welcome back, Linda. Sometimes we need a vacation when we get back!

  12. It's funny how we all beat ourselves to death just to go relax! Take your time - you know we'll all be here, envious!

  13. I will be back to catch up on your posts but right now I just wanted to invite you to my birthday party on my blog...get ready to do the jitterbug:-) xoxo

  14. That is one heck of a trip. Oddly enough I had a dispute with my youngest today - every time I pull into the garage I say - 'Home again, home again,' and pause and's always silent, so I finish it off with my own 'jiggety jig,' because no-one else will say it around here. So he asks me why I pause, and I explain that I'm waiting for someone, anyone, to finish it off. He's quite surprised by this, didn't realize someone else was supposed to finish the ditty - said he'd try and say it......some time in the future.

Thanks for visiting!
