Venturing Out on Vacation, Part Four: The Christmas Farm Inn

Okay then, now that I'm done telling you about sliding down rocks and almost into a river back to telling you about the place that we stayed at for our night in the White Mountains - the Christmas Farm Inn on Black Mountain Road in Jackson.

    The interior reminds me somewhat of the Daniel Webster Inn in Sandwich, Mass. We stayed there on our first anniversary. Lovely place.

  2. wow, what I lot of history that place has! I love old buildings and love staying in them. What a beautiful place and I will definitely check it out if I'm ever out that way. Love that front porch!

  10. Caught up on your adventures so far... I shuddered at the part about falling. I would have tried to protect the camera, too! In fact, I am sure I've done the same somewhere along the way.

    Loving all the pics, especially love the green/blue quilted bedding in the Christmas Inn. So pretty! Your posts make me want to vacation in NE again. Maybe next year!!!

  13. Be still my heart....what an absolutely delightful place to stay at!! Just having the word "Christmas" in the name would have sold me! lol I noticed that their living room wall colour is practically the same as what I just painted my living room walls with:-) Everything just looks so beautiful and I loved reading how each building was added and the history behind them. Awesome!! xoxo
