Taking a Moment

Pennsylvania churchMay God bless and keep watch over the victims, families, and friends of those involved in the Fort Hood, Texas shootings on Thursday, November 5th.

I'm pretty sure that this is not how the Creator expects people to treat each other.

Someday people are going to stop doing such horrible things to each other ... maybe.

  1. What a tragedy! I started praying for all the victims and families before I even got out of bed this morning. How senseless.

Big hugs from me to thee...

  5. You've got to wonder what this world is coming to. The beautiful photo you posted is so calming and soothing, though. That was a wonderful choice for a post about such a terrible and sad event.

P.S. And I thought our serial killer from Cleveland was the most evil thing this month...

  9. Coming on the day when we were all sending out a wish for peace, it was such a shock. Thoughts and prayers for the survivors and for the families of the dead and injured with special prayers for the civilian policewoman heroic enough to bring the shooting to the end and preventing even more casualties.
