It's also going to involve my putting down the controller for the XBox 360 and stop playing "Bejeweled 2"- rats! Amazing how much time can go by while I'm mindlessly moving around little colored shapes on the TV screen. Now if I could figure out how to play the game while using the Gazelle at the same time then I'm sure I'd have no trouble exercising for hours on end but, alas, I'm just not that coordinated!
Still it's time to stop making excuses and start taking some action. Which brings me to this week's question -
