Pumpkin pie is okay once a year but you can't beat chocolate cream... For those of you who haven't tasted pumpkin it would be hard to describe - like trying to describe how a banana tastes. It's an original! ~~~Blessings~~~
Linda, i don't see a pie. Id, however, think fondly of a roasted pumpkin soup. The pumpkin is a unique gourd, indeed! When the kids were small we used to go to a pumpkin farm in Bethany, and taking a RED wagon to select the already picked orb...and the three-legged farm dog, too.
I've never had pumpkin!
